Upon founding the club in February 2024, Andrew Gao and Gwyneth Andal emphasized the importance of setting a SMART goal. Our objective to reach 25 schools by 2025 is a prime example of a SMART goal, as it is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. This goal is specific because it targets engagement with 25 distinct schools, measurable through tracking the number of schools reached, and achievable with dedicated effort and community support. It is relevant to our club’s mission and vision, and it is bound by a clear deadline of June 2025.
